Dark Matter

Dark Matter is one of the first beers we ever made. At first, Dark Matter was just considered to be a dark ale. Back when we first started, it could not be considered a “Stout” because of the ingredients that went into the base. As time went on, the category of “Stout” expanded dramatically with the idea and addition of pastry stouts. Dark Matter finially had its home and could come out of the broad dark ale zone.
It has sense had many, many varients and its one of our main stouts. Many adjuncts fit well with the strong, roast notes that Dark Matter gives. Any were from our own barrel aged coffee, dionysus, to fresh ginger. We have added pretty much everything in the kitchen to make Dark Matter varients.
