Barrel Aged Dark Matter

Dark Matter is one of the first beers we ever made. At first, Dark Matter was just considered to be a dark ale. Back when we first started, it could not be considered a “Stout” because of the ingredients that went into the base. As time went on, the category of “Stout” expanded dramatically with the idea and addition of pastry stouts. Dark Matter finially had its home and could come out of the broad dark ale zone.

We have been aging Dark Matter since day one and have had many types of barrels and adjuncts arise all with their unique characteristics over the years.
